can reproduce in DEV300.m98, can not reproduce in CWS gridsort, where column
resizing has been re-implemented from scratch. resolving as FIXED, adding to CWS
gridsort for verification.
Note that the macro runs nearly unchanged, except the RowHeaderWidth attribute
now is at the GridControlModel, not the GridDataModel.
