I am running linux mint 10 and ubuntu on various machines in a cyber cafe. i have realised that when someone brings a document created in word especially word 2007 or 2010 and they had used windows formats and settings eg headers,letter heads etc the document gets distorted and one is either forced to redo the formating before printing. however for letter heads there seems to be no way of sorting them out . Are there solutions to this issues? i want to use open office from now on.
