If the application get's a hangup signal then the autorecovery application
cannot automatically restart the office process (because it hangs) but the
information about the signal is stored forcing the office to start the
autorecovery the next time. I believe the document recovered correctly, isn't
it ?
As far as I don't have a reproducible scenario and as long as I cannot find your
crash report within the crash reporter backend I cannot help you. Resolving
this issue as "worksforme"
