Any change of the location of an element in the master is not reflected in a
duplicated slide.

To reproduce this issue:

1. Create a new presentation
2. Enter some text in a first slide
3. Create 3 or 4 slides then duplicate one of them ("Insert > Duplicate Slide")
4. Open the master ("View > Master > Slide Master...")
5. Select the title element and move it somewhere else (e.g. at the bottom of
the slide)
6. Close the master view ("Close Master View" button)
7. Check the slides. All the duplicated slides are still displaying the title at
the initial location

Detected on Windows XP SP2, OOo 1.9.95
