The given Microsoft Word document has negative page top margin. This results in
an overlapping of the page header with the page body. This isn't supported by
the Writer. But, we've implemented a workaround for the OOo 2.0 Microsoft Word
import filter. The complete page header content is imported into a frame. This
frame is anchored at the page header. This workaround implementation doesn't set
the correct page header size to reflect the correct page body top.
