TV: OK, we cannot do it the final way in OO.o 2.0 because too much needs to be
changed. Pavels fixes for the 4 additional languages have been integrated. We
now additionally changed the location of the installed templates to:
BasePack:
$(OfficeInst)/share/template/wizard/letter/($isocode)/
LanguagePacks:
$(OfficeInst)/share/template/($isocode)/wizard/letter/($isocode)/
Please have a look at #i48944 - this will incorporate the final fix, but it can
only be done in 2.01.
