I use a German WinXP Home and so does not know the Englisch entries. I found
this in OOo1.9.100 Enlisch.
You can dock stylist or navigator, when you grap the title bar with the mouse
and drag the window to the border of the application window. But in WinXP Home
this is only possible, if you have checked "Fensterinhalt beim Ziehen anzeigen"
in "Eigenschaften von Anzeige - Darstellung - Effekte". If you uncheck it,
docking is no more possible.

You can test it on the fly bei changing that property with "Ãbernehmen".

Expected behavior: Docking in OOo should be independend of that property of
WinXP.
