support, the issue is not that regular cvs files are not being published, but
that those that are staticized
are not being published in a timely fashion. Thus, you would not have noticed
anything amiss if you
published something in a test project unless that test project's files were
staticized, which I would guess
they are not.
So, try a staticized file. Try http://www.openoffice.org/about.html
(superseded by about.openoffice.org).
