Regarding Tools>Customize>Toolbars>Add OOo offers
1) tool tips
2) a discription
3) a different icon
At the bottom line the user has a fare chance to distinguish the items.
Regarding Tools>Customize>Keyboard
I second this. The situation leaves just guessing to the user. This has to be
chantged for OOoLater.
