There are strange characters at the beginning, and the whole rest of the document is wrongly formatted. There are some correct sentences, but it is very different. This document can however be properly opened under Microsoft Word 2000 or StarOffice 5.1. In fact, I don't know with which program it has been done, unfortunately. I have tried that under Windows XP and 2000, and both made the same problem. I will try to post it with this report, but I didn't find how up to now.
