I am trying to install 1.9.100 in slackware 10.0. Never had a problem with OO
1.0 but the new RPMS get worse and worse. Managed to get 1.9.79 to install
after some non-obvious futzing Now I get seg faults when installing 1.9.100:
# rpm --install openofficeorg-core01-1.9.100-1.i586.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
/bin/sh is needed by openofficeorg-core01-1.9.100-1
# rpm --install --nodeps openofficeorg-core01-1.9.100-1.i586.rpm
Segmentation fault
Bring back the old installer!
