MRU->FLR: exporting a simple outline and then re-opening the .doc in Writer the
numberings are gone (though the outline settings are still o.k.).
Could you please have a look at the risk of this fix, please? If it's too risky,
we will retarget to 2.0.1. Thanks a lot!
