I created the file as follows, giving the menu titles in the Swedish form I get them: Select Arkiv->Nytt->Presentation. Click on Text icon in left toolbar. Drag out text area. Start typing text with returns between paragraphs. Drag mouse to select all paragraphs except the first one. Select Format->Numrering/punktuppstÃllningâ Choose tab Numreringstyp if not on top by default. Choose any of the numbering alternatives. The selected paragraphs will now be a numbered list, starting from 2, II, B, or whatever you chose. Should you select all paragraphs except the first *two* ones, you will instead get numbering from 3, III, C, and so on for the number of non-selected paragraphs.
