I've tried to reproduce on two different ME systems with OOo 1.9.100 and
1.9.103: No problem.
I think it depends on your system. Please have a look at
<driveletter>:\windows\application data\; there you'll find the OpenOffice.org
folder with the user configuration data. There you should have full access
rights to this folder and subfolders. For a clean testing remove this folder or
all old OpenOffice.org folder. If this won't help please refer to the community
for further support ([email protected]).
