2005 -------
I still have the same problem in FC3 + Gnome + OOo m100. I tested it with
default theme (Bluecurve) and default window behavior. Also, it happened for
every floating toolbar.
I reopened this bug so that other people may find this issue. And, I changed
component to 'framework',
version to 680m100,
summary to 'toolbar shows behind parent toolbar'.
