The difference between collated copies and not collated copies in OOo is that
OOo will print each copy on its own if collated, else it tells the printer to
print <n> copies of each page. If the printer will not accept that, there's not
much we can do; we wouldn't normally want to do all copies manually as that can
seriously degrade performance on printers that actually use the copy count.
I think we cannot do anything for this issue.
