This bug is definitely not 2.0!
Nevertheless I think that the document should have to be localized. To do this
we must move the document to a localize dependent folder, transfer the strings
to the translation database and so on.
Some colleagues had the idea to replace the text by localization independent
blind text but I would not favour that because the current texts are very self
explanining. ("Site Title", "Creation Date"...).
I send the bug to IH to deal with the problem.
