ScColumn::LoadNotes isn't used anymore and has to be removed, together with the
rest of the old binary file format code.
Changing ScTpContentOptions::CBHdl should be changed to get rid of the warning,
and to be safe with future changes, but that's not urgent.
We'll have to take a broader look at all the warnings at a later time.
