Certainly, I have run OOo since then and have tried spamin multiple times. As far as directories go, psprint is, in fact, missing. My path is: .openoffice.org1.9.101/user. There is no psprint subdirectly. I have verified that all .openoffice.org... subdirectories are owned by me and all have appropriate permissions that would allow creating new subdirectories/files. I just tested again and verified the same behavior. The <user> directory exists, with proper permissions, but spadmin is not created. Here is some additional information that may or may be be relevant. 1) I build OOo with the QT option to make OOo match the KDE apperance. 2) When I run OOo (and sub-versions like spadmin), I get 'I18N: Operating system doesn't support locale "en_US"' on the console.
