An issue which can be quite annoying when doing lots of border formatting.
In effect it is a compatibility issue with Excel.

Functionality in Excel:
1) Select cell A1, right click and select Format Cell
2) Select tab border and put a (any) line on the right side of the cell
3) Now select cell B1, right click and select Format Cell (tab border)
You will see that automatically, the LEFT border has taken the same format as
cell A1.

When doing these exact steps in Calc, you will find that cell B1 has not taken
any border.

As I normally don't remember from which side I created the border the first
time, when I want to change, I spend a lot of time right clicking looking for
the right cell.
