2005 -------
With the recent approach in OOo2.0 of having uiconfig directories within each
module where xml files for different locales reside, the situation changed.
Configuration of accelerators is now even more decentralized and on module
basis, on the other hand it is easier to manage and to change, and also
consistent across all modules of the application. I therefor close this issue.
