Some comments on the patch:
Please do never recycle other unrelated resource strings. Instead of using the
string STR_SCATTR_PAGE_SCALE_AUTO, please introduce a new string.
In STR_MANUAL, please remove the trailing space characters.
The German term of "Manual" is "Manuell".
In the ScInfo() function: Is it ok to always return "Windows (32-bit)..."
instead of the actual OS, e.g. Linux or Solaris?
In the ScInfo() function: For "NUMFILE", just use PushDouble(1) instead of
PushString(). This is consistent to Excel which also returns a number in that
case.
