See also Issue 47713 for other patches related to Punjabi. While there is a GSI
file in that issue, the one referenced here was verified by me to build
correctly and run correctly. I'm not sure about the one in 47713.
For patches, I've got patches here for both Gujarati and Punjabi, but 47713 has
a more complete patch set.
