See http://khmeros.info/ooo/issues/WindowsXPdoesnotUnderstandKhmer.jpg I have also tried a silent installation (with /qn), but get the same message. The fact is that Windows XP does not support a Khmer locale: http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/winxp/xp-lcid.mspx The Khmer build for 680_m103 can be found in: ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/SRC680_m103/Build-1/OOo_1.9.103_windows_install_km.exe The installer will probably not accept Khmer under any circunstances. I can think of two possible solutions: 1.- Not allowing the installer to decide which language it uses, but forcing en-US. 2.- Somehow modifying the installer after the build by telling it that the installation language is a different one (for this case installation messages would be kept in English in the Khmer translation, so they would be probably displayed. This would be a patch to the problem, and not a real solution.
