I tested the included file (1.9.103 Czech) and
found the data were created using Datapivot.
(I tried to fill A3 and a message like
"This part of a table created by Datapilot cannot be changed" occured)
After copying the data into a new list the autofilter works OK.

The strange behaviour can be corrected by modifying the excel builtin range by
menu-data-define range so i will mark this as a duplicate of 14251.
