------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon May 23 02:42:20 -0700 2005 ------- Actually there are two reasons why the listener support in the gconf backend is disabled: first is that there is no general support for such a feature on Windows, so the setting there might refresh on restart only (which doesn't mean we could not implement such notifications on GNOME). The second reason is that the code uses the obsolete vos:OThread interface and should be modified to use SAL/OSL directly. Philipp, could you comment on how much sense it makes to add this key to the VCL MiscSettings or if it would be better to access the config key in sfx2 directly.
