With setting the WB_NO_DIRECTSELECT flag in the MasterPagesSelector constructor,
changing the selection does not automatically assign the newly selected master
page. This is done when RETURN is pressed.
The RecentMasterPagesSelector saves and restores the currently selected item
position when a master page is assigned. This prevents the selection jumping
always back to the first item.
