Javier,

this is a good solution, I would prefer this. For special languages
automatically english is added (if it is not automatically a multilingual
installation set). I would include this not in the makefile, but in the packager
perl code. In globals.pm there will be a list of languages, that are not
supported by Win XP. 
Then remains the problem, that the OpenOffice starts in english and not in
khmer. Perhaps we can fix this in the configuration.
