sorry, this should not be "OOo Later". It is a crash. It appears in proper
packaing. Not everyone needs the immense help. This should be fixed for 2.0,
setting target accordingly:

13M *compressed* installed if you don't need them is bad so they are split
out. And anyway, your language packs even has a extra help package, too... So
this should be fixed for 2.0. Really. And since there probably won't be that
much translated help than translated UI that problem will arise too (except
when you symlink ru -> en for example...)
