------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 25 07:44:03 -0700 2005 ------- I have a .csv file that I import into Calc. I then highlight the sheet and do Data->Subtotals by Sum. I then usually (with OO 1.1.4) just save to .xls. Now when you open the .xls the =subtotal formulas all come up as =NA().
