As seen the problem is that osl_resolveHostName is called very often and for
*some* URLs it's also quite expensive.
Example:
http://www.sun.com/images/b1/b1_nc_05q2_d.jpg - slow
http://www.heise.de/icons/ho/heise.gif - fast
I tested with proxy settings "System".
