I have seen that the last entry was in November and that this issue is
OOo-1.1.3 related. Have you
tried it with OOo-1.1.4 or some 1.9.xx builds? It sounds like insufficient
access rights, so I would
say it is not the problem of OOo but Win2K ... :( I think your file is seen as
a template instead of a
regular file ...
