I haven't been able to reproduce. I don't have a solution for OOo, woluld you
like to try to reinstall/upgrade your MSI
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/results.aspx?freetext=WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe&productID=&DisplayLang=en)?
I would assume that msiexec.exe isn't working proper.
