The problem is that obviously the writer changed the names for its exported
style names for rtf.
The method Outliner::ImpConvertEdtToOut() now uses outdated strings to compare
for style names and therefore is unable to get the correct paragraph depth.
So the real problem is not that the send to outline failed but the rtf import of
the outliner is broken.
