added the patch to cws impress58 for OOo 2.0.1
Currently handling is a bit premature as the sourounding area of the page is
currently as high as the page itself and must be completly visible for this
feature to become active.
We should consider removing that useless area completly for the next feature
release.
Hint for QA: This feature is about using the vertical scrollbar (and also the
mouse wheel) to switch slides when zoomlevel is small enough to show the slide
and complete canvas ("Wiese")
