Since I can reproduce with the attached pdf, but not with a pdf created by a
newer version of OOo, I'll close this one as duplicate.
The old PDF triggers a bug in ghostscript (non-gs based viewers don't have a
problem with the file), the new one doesn't trigger this bug -> worksforme in
OOo 1.1.4
