I know of no code in OOo that needs an executable stack (executable heap is needed by bridges/source/cpp_uno, but that's another story). For what its worth, Hamburg-built OOo seems to be generally built without --noexecstack, so making a single .o file --noexecstack should have no effects on Hamburg-built OOo. I remember one issue around PT_GNU_STACK, but I doubt that that is relevant here.
