implemented: the XInvocation interface of
com.sun.star.resource.VclStringResourceLoader now has two additional commands:
"hasStringList" and "getStringList". Both accept a single global resid as
parameter; "hasStringList" returns a bool, getStringList a sequence of
com::sun::star::beans::PropertyValue. The PropertyValue instances contain the
string as PropertyValue.Name and the numerical value as PropertyValue.Value.
