I tested the document with all PPT-Versions I have and it has some more or less
behaviours in each PPT-version.
PPT 2000 -> 'original'-> Appear, by letter, group text by 1st level
PPT 97 -> By letter doesn't work
PPT xp -> Starts and ends of the effects are wrong; effect is unfold
PPT 2003 -> effect is unfold.
Therefore I think the PPT-File is broken.
I close the issue as invalid
