- open the attached document
- scroll to the very bottom, look at the Bibliography index
- note that the Title of the documents is in "Courier New", as well as the 
preceding
  Short name
- choose "Edit Index/Table" in the context menu of the index
- on the Tab page "Entries", select "Techn. documentation"
=> the "Title" element is set up to use the "Default" character style, which 
does
   *not* use "Courier New".
   The three elements preceding "Title" are set up to use the "Specification ID"
   character style, which *does* use "Courier New"

It seems that OOo switches the character style too late - it's used for the
first 4 elements, insetad of the first 3.
