I have downloaded OOo 1.1.4 and I still find the problem !
Please try again and repeat EXACTLY the steps.
Important additional info:
step 10 must be done with the protected library STILL NOT LOADED
step 11 must be done with the protected library STILL NOT LOADED
This configuration is not far-fetched : typically you install a protected
library and
you call one of its routines from another library.
