2005 -------
When I 'view data sources' (F4) in Writer or Calc, I get the explorer tree on
the left, and (once I select a table or query) the data grid on the right, but I
never get the database toolbar above the data sources panel.
If I check the toolbar lists (View > Toolbars or View > Toolbars > Customize),
there is no mention of a 'Database' toolbar (or 'Database bar' as in 1.1). If I
try to create a new toolbar and add the functions, I can't find any of the
database functions ('Data to fields', 'Sort', 'Autofilter', table navigation,
etc.) to add to a new toolbar.
