That might be true, but this file should get opened in oocalc
by default, as it says in its header, that it is an excel file.
Excel shows this files correct.
An most excel files that get created in the web on the fly
are such excel-xml files.
I have added another file, that works great in excel,
but not in oocalc, even the html-import does not work correctly,
as it ignores the styles
