This should be dealt with in a wider context. There is also now way to edit
properties of an already defined cross reference anchor. Assume, you have
choosen a wrong "value" while defining a cross reference, there is no way to
edit this value later (isn't it?). If one already has inserted multiple
references to the cross reference definition, one want't to be able to edit the
value later - without removing the definition and all references...
