This is a tihng we cannot achive. I we should write specifications for ALL
features in OO we would have to add about 10.000 specifications to
specs.openoffice.org.
This behaviour has been defined somehow in 1994 and we are not willing (better:
do not have the resources) to add a spec for every feature from pre-OpeSource
time.
