2005 -------
We have two problems here:
1. When the page orientation is changed then in FuPage::ApplyItemSet() the
background object of the current page is set (to one with the current background
color or gradient). This background object then overrides the background colors
and gradients of the master pages later assigned to the page.
2. When a master page is assigned to a set of pages then the background objects
of these pages are not deleted. As a result (see above) the background objects
override the new master page.
