Investigation reveals that certain binary data is needed in the WW8 file format
to assure that Microsoft Word establishs a correct hyperlink from the reference
field to the referenced text area.
The problem with the document given by nevend shows a second defect. The
encoding of the bookmark/reference names (e.g. replacing a space by "%20"),
which is needed for Microsoft Word isn't applied to the field code of the
reference field. Thus, we've got bookmark/reference "Point%20One" and a
reference field containing "Point One" in its field code with the excepted
result that Microsoft Word doesn't found the referenced bookmark.
Solution in progress in cws swqbugfixes33:
- write the needed binary data to the WW8 file format
- apply encoding of the bookmark/reference names also for refernce field codes.
