Hi,
saved the file to sxc and opened it with OOo1.1.3 set the scaling factor to 48 %
and got the same result.
Also there was a change in settings regarding the scaling function under Format
Page Sheet.
Conclusion for this Issue is, works as designed. A scaling of 48% is applied and
therefore this Issue is indeed invalid.
