Automated Test: f_scripting_organizers.bas/tScriptingOrganizers

Reproduction:
(default setting for macro security)
- Create new document,
- create library with scripts for the doc
- save it
- reload it
- Delete scripts and library
- save the document
- reload the document
-> Macro-Warning comes up

There exists (or existed?) a similar task for BASIC, unfortunately i could not
find it.

The document somehow remains in an unclean state. If the user wants to remove
all scripts (maybe for security reasons) he might left believing he did not
succeed.
