I introduced into the openoffice.lst the downloadname (from vq17) and the new
setting "langpackdownloadname" which I set to:
OOo_{productversion}_languagepack_{os}_install_{languages}
openoffice.lst:
downloadname OOo_{productversion}_{os}_install_{languages}
langpackdownloadname OOo_{productversion}_languagepack_{os}_install_{languages}
For Windows language packs, "langpackdownloadname" is used instead of
"downloadname".
